Shipping policy

Shipping is free within the United States. Physical materials ship the same or next business day to the address you provide at checkout.

App access unlocks as soon as your order is confirmed — you can start studying while the box is on its way.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not promises — carriers, weather, and busy seasons happen. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the package is delivered to your address. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact support@licenseladder.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
